About Jaoleads
A Ugandan software studio with a wide toolkit.
Jaoleads Media Agency Limited designs, builds and hosts software for small businesses, NGOs and churches across East Africa.
Our story
From community websites to a full-stack studio.
Jaoleads started by building websites for community organisations that needed to be taken seriously online. It has grown into a studio that handles the whole stack — hosting, email, web apps and integrations.
We've rebuilt NGO websites, built church platforms and livestream tools, migrated accounting data out of QuickBooks, and written the extensions and APIs that sit quietly behind the scenes.
Our founder is also a working wedding and event photographer — which is why our photography tools exist, and why we care as much about how things look as how they work.
What we believe
The principles behind every project
01
Built for real conditions
Mobile-first, light on data, and priced in the currency you earn in.
02
Honest scope
If something doesn't need custom software, we'll say so and point you to what does the job.
03
We ship our own products
Running SaaS products ourselves means we know what keeps software alive after launch.
04
Long relationships
Many of our clients are NGOs and churches we support year after year, not for a single project.
Who we serve
Organisations at the heart of their communities
Small businesses
Websites, accounting, EFRIS-ready invoicing and tools that fit how you already sell.
NGOs & humanitarian teams
Donor-ready websites, document systems and organisation email that staff actually use.
Churches & ministries
Visitor follow-up, SMS outreach and livestream overlays for Sunday and beyond.
Photographers & creatives
Client galleries, booking flows and editing tools built by a working photographer.
